Strategy first.
Then the right technology.
We bring deep strategy and operations expertise to find the AI opportunities that will actually move the needle for your business, and we say no to the ones that will not.
How We Help
Four practices, one sequence. Every engagement starts with the assessment, because you cannot build the right thing until you know what it is.
Opportunity Assessment
We start from your strategy and operating model, not a feature list. Partners with strategy and operations backgrounds work through how the business makes money, where cost hides, and where people are doing machine work, then score every candidate opportunity against your strategy.
A prioritized opportunity map and a 100-day plan.
Strategy & Roadmap
We turn the map into a sequenced plan with governance, compliance guardrails, and an honest view of what AI should and should not touch. We say no to the visible-but-low-value ideas, and we explain why.
A roadmap your board and your regulator can both read.
Build & Implementation
Custom software, AI agents, and integrations, built compliance-aware for regulated environments. When a sc0red product fits, we recommend it. When it does not, we build what does.
Working systems your team actually uses.
Adoption & Managed Operations
Training, change management, and ongoing operation of what was built, including running deployed agents on the record. Value shows up in the numbers only when people change how they work.
Results that hold after we leave.

How an engagement actually works.
Strategy precedes technology. Every engagement follows the same four phases, so technology decisions are rooted in business strategy, not the other way around.
Listen
We start by understanding your strategy, how the business actually runs, and what you are trying to change. No pitch decks, just questions.
Diagnose
We find the hidden opportunities to grow revenue, cut cost, and improve employee experience, and score each one against your strategy and your regulatory reality.
Design
We build a sequenced roadmap that says what to do first, what to do later, and what not to do at all.
Deliver
We implement alongside your teams: custom software, AI agents, and process change. We measure what matters and stay until it holds.
Why strategy must come first
Most AI initiatives fail not because the technology is wrong, but because nobody agreed on what it was for. Teams buy tools before they agree on what success looks like. Budgets burn on solutions looking for problems. The idea that gets built is usually the one that was easiest to see, not the one that mattered.
sc0red reverses that pattern. We start with the business: how it makes money, where cost hides, where capable people are doing machine work, and what the strategy already says the company is trying to become. Only then do we evaluate which technologies can move the needle, and in what sequence. In regulated businesses we add one more question at every step: can we prove what this system did, and to whom?
When an engagement calls for one of our products, we recommend it. When it calls for custom development, we build it. When the right answer is a process change rather than a technology purchase, we say so, and we tell you what not to build.
How the Assessment works.
The parts a proposal usually leaves vague: what we do, what you supply, and what you own at the end.
It starts with the Assessment, every time
A fixed-fee engagement of two to four weeks. Four to six interviews with the people who run the business, a walk through how work actually arrives, and a read of the strategy you already have. No build starts before it.
What you supply
Your strategy documents, a P&L, and about an hour each from the leaders who own revenue, operations, and compliance. No system access is needed for the assessment, and no customer data leaves your environment.
What governance means in practice
Every opportunity is scored on regulatory exposure alongside revenue, cost, and employee experience. Anything we build logs every automated action so a regulator, a board, or an auditor can ask what happened and get an answer.
What you own at the end
The opportunity map, the sequence, the 100-day plan, and a plain-language board brief are yours whether or not we do the next phase. If we build, the code and the audit log are yours too.
Built for businesses that cannot afford to get it wrong.
We work across industries, and we are at our best where compliance, privacy, and auditability are non-negotiable. In those businesses, the wrong AI initiative is not just wasted budget. It is a risk.

Auditable by default
Every automated action is recorded, attributable, and reviewable. If a regulator asks what happened, there is an answer.
Privacy-aware data handling
We design around the data you are not allowed to move, and we never train models on your customers' information.
Governance in the roadmap
Compliance is a design input from day one, not a review gate at the end.
